Stay department now translated into Japanese too

Following last update's full translation of Plan, the Stay department hub and its three core guides are now fully written in Japanese:

• 目的別・ソウルのおすすめ滞在エリア (Best Area to Stay, by Trip Style)
• 韓屋（ハノク）に泊まる (Hanok Stays)
• ソウルの格安宿 (Budget Stays and Hostels)

The three hotel profiles, the long-term stay guide, and the accessibility guide remain English-only for now — we prioritized the three guides most first-time visitors need. The Japanese homepage's Stay card now links directly into this translated section.
