Korean now matches Japanese: all 7 core departments fully translated

The 쇼핑 (Shopping) hub and its two core guides are now fully written in Korean:

• 서울 최고의 시장 (Seoul's Best Markets)
• 서울의 몰과 백화점 (Malls and Department Stores)

That completes Korean's full department coverage — Plan, Stay, Neighborhoods, Do, Food, Culture, and Shopping are now all fully translated, matching Japanese's coverage exactly. Between the two languages, that's 57 genuinely translated pages (27 Japanese, 30 Korean), each with fully localized navigation and chrome, not just article text sitting inside an English shell.

Now that two languages have full department coverage, the next step is either extending the same treatment to a third language, or turning attention back to growing the English site itself, which has more room to expand than any single translated edition.
