Totally Seoul launched deliberately small — 45 real, useful pages rather than a thin skeleton stretched across a thousand placeholder URLs. Each department card on the homepage will grow into its own full section over time: dozens of neighborhood guides, individual hotel and restaurant profiles, and a much deeper Culture and Food department, without changing how the site is organized.
