Specific filming locations for a particular show are best tracked through fan wikis and location-tracking communities dedicated to that drama, since these are far more current and precise than a general guide can be — locations get identified by fans often within days of an episode airing.
A realistic approach
Rather than building an entire itinerary around chasing specific filming spots, most fans get more out of layering it onto neighborhoods they're visiting anyway — Bukchon, Hongdae, and Han River parks are already worth visiting on their own merits, and the drama-location recognition becomes a bonus rather than the whole point.
Tip: Popular filming locations that are also working businesses (cafes especially) can get genuinely crowded with fans after a show airs — be a considerate customer if you're visiting specifically because of a drama.
